INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
60g (1/4 cup) of butter
3 cloves of garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
50ml (1/4 cup) of chicken broth
METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes into slices (about 4cm) and then prick each ring with the mold to obtain the circle. Season them with salt and pepper.
2. Add the vegetable oil to the pan and then arrange the potatoes. Season the top side with salt and pepper and let them fry and brown on both sides.
3. Add the butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and chicken broth and let them fry for a few minutes.
4. Transfer the pan with the potatoes to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the pan with fondant potatoes from the oven and serve.
