Pečená bravčová roláda plnená slaninou a hubami s paradajkovou omáčkou!

    The following recipe is perfect for just these occasions.All you need is a piece of pork and a few other ingredients, but the result is delicious both to look at and to taste.You will surely love this dish!

    The ingredients we will need are:
    750 g of pork
    6 tablespoons tomato juice
    2 tablespoons mustard
    100 g onions
    100 g mushrooms
    10 to 12 slices of bacon
    quarter teaspoon salt
    quarter teaspoon pepper
    6 tablespoons oil
    100 g cheese
    This is how we will proceed:
    Take the meat and cut slits in it about 2 cm wide.Mix the tomato sauce with the mustard and pepper, spread over the meat and place it in the fridge for 3 hours.Cut the onion into rings.Clean the mushrooms, chop and mix with the onions.


    Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place a slice of bacon and the onion and mushroom mixture in each hole.Brush the meat with oil and then wrap it in aluminum foil.Place the baking sheet and bake in a 200 degree oven for 45 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and carefully remove the aluminum foil, slice the cheese and add a piece to each hole and then place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.Serve with a suitable side dish.
